College is one of the most important transitions
of a student life, it is a bridge between someone who is not mature enough goes
to a basic level of education, and to someone who will be the leader of
tomorrow after graduating. The learning and academic experience that comes from
college is essential to the development of a child to adulthood.
There are many important elements in college
that play a crucial role in learning and cognitive development of the child.
However, today we are briefly going to talk about the impact that assignments
make to overall student’s learning. Assignments in general are a way to enforce
day to day routine lessons that are taught in class, but their overall
importance grows when students are forced to learn, think and work their brains
on difficult assignments like research, etc. First and foremost impact that
this method of teaching makes is that it prepares students to compete and think
outside their comfort zone when they are all alone. Work Assignments are a way
to teach students to learn and analyze independently.
Through this, students
develop the skills to expand their horizons and comfort level and are mentally
prepared for tougher challenges that come in the future. Assignments also teach
students to respect deadlines and work under pressure, two qualities that are
imperative to professional success; this is where the foundations of these
traits are laid down.
Assignments also invite students to actively
seek for more knowledge and force participation. There might be alternatives
available to students that can relieve themselves off from tough work, but
prior to looking for places and asking where to buy research paper, it is best
to focus on the task and make sure it is done because the overall result is
worth all the effort, stress and time, that students might not realize in the
short run but in the long run they will definitely be grateful.
